D630 with nVidia Quadro NVS 135M and T7200 CPU

8 Gb USB flash drive in GPT made with createinstallmedia

Clover_v2.4k_r4243 installed to flash on MacOS X 10.12.6 - "Install Clover in the ESP", "Install boot0af in MBR"

EFI folder copied to EFI partition from Full packs

BIOS settings made correctly

Trying to install in different ways but it always stop on this

The last string on screen is "Still waiting for root device" + screen distorted + crossed out circle - everything goes in one moment

What I doing wrong?

I have tried the Bootpack_clover_support - here is EFI folder for review https://www.dropbox.com/s/e75jzhb2nxz52vs/EFI1.zip?dl=0

I have tried the EFI folder from here

here it is for review https://www.dropbox.com/s/68511mnwpunjula/EFI2.zip?dl=0

Adding the last version of USBInjectAll.kext to EFI/Clover/kexts/Other/ from https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-usb-inject-all/downloads/changed nothing

Generating SMBIOS as MBP7.1 in Clover Configurator did not help also

By the way, this is PP18L model of D630

But booting to continue install screen after first restart took about 15 minutes  :-o  and there are too many Error/Warning/Notice messages

I think I may need to try to use only USB_Injector.kext from the files You gave... :?

SATA HDD, but I never seen the problems like this for this reason (I have two Hackintosh desktop computers with HDD - 10.12.6(Gigabyte Z77-DS3H (rev1.1 F9) i7-3770K) and 10.8.6(Asus P5QD Turbo Core 2 Quad Q9300)

The old version EFI (got from Youtube) works fine when USB_Injector added. Even when SMBIOS set to MBP5.1

Now it boots in 73sec and it's fine
