I tried both of those Layouts, but in vain. Still no sound in headphones. could this be a problem in the kexts ?

Right, AptioMemoryFix-64 don't need EmuVariableUefi-64, that was the issue. Good catch.

I must say I did ask myself about the amount of drivers you had in your configs, especially since I only had 5 of them on my last install. But Should I try and delete those extra drivers too ?

Why not? Many of this drivers fot filevault 2 only, but i don't use disk crypt.

I don't use it too, so which ones should I remove ?

smchelper is only needed if you use fakesmc kext. virtualsmc does not need it.

Virtualsmc.efi driver is only needed for filevault. for normal booting all you need is virtualsmc.kext in clover/kext/other folder. if you are not using fakesmc.kext.
