🤪 System Preferences -> Energy Saver! It's not enabled by default...

 

Ever thought of using the built-in Help???

You're not using the files I had posted here when you asked for help

You have no graphics acceleration...

Your config file is all wrong. Oh well.

For now, I guess you could just add to boot arg for the Battery status

abm_firstpolldelay=16000

So, I installed all the files you've send me. The system runs way smoother, thxalot.

But still the battery status is not shown. same behavior like before. you can click the checkbox, but it is disabled as soon as you let go of the mouse button.

 

any suggestions?

Hmm, still no graphics acceleration.

Seems you failed to mentioned it has Optimus discrete graphics on your system and it needs to be disable.

Add this to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched

Remove VoodooHDA from /L/E

Repair permissions and rebuild cache
