Dell Inspiron 3537 Mojave to Catalina upgrade issue

I have a Dell Inspiron 3537 with Core i7 - 4500U processor, 8GB Ram, Intel HD4400 Graphics, Radeon Discrete Graphics(which I believe I have disabled correctly)

My setup might sound a bit odd as I have two SSD's and on the main one where I keep the Mac-OS I have an EFI with Clover which runs smoothly when booting the system, however, I cannot do any updates on that Clover (probably something wrong with the Config.plist which I cannot figure out) On the secondary SSD I have another EFI with Clover which works flawlessly when I run any Mac-OS updates, however that one Panics when I want to run the system on it. I did not have any problems with it just got used to it.
I recently did a full copy of the system and upgraded it from Mojave 10.14.6 to Catalina 10.15. using the secondary clover. The update went fine but I cannot start the system using my usual Main Clover which I used for Mojave. It also Panics when I try to run it on the secondary Clover. I have managed to get it running in Safe mode using the Secondary Clover.
Could anyone guide me into the right direction.I believe that my Secondary Clover might need some small tweak to have it run the updates as well as the Main system.

I am attaching the Main System Clover and the Secondary Clover and Debug files created using gen_debug.

Thanks Jake Lo, you saved me with that one. I also added SSDT-EC.aml and the corresponding ACPI PATCH into clover however I do not know if it is needed. Catalina installed flawlessly the only thing which is not working is my WIFI it is an Atheros 9285 which was working perfectly fine in Mojave with the injection of Atheros40.Kext into the IO80211Family.kext but weirdly Catalina recognizes my WiFI somehow but cannot find any wifi networks plus it seems to load oddly with a huge delay. Like some drivers are conflicting and I don't know how to find out which ones. I also tried adding the whole IO80211Family.kext from Mojave but it did not make it to work. I have remounted the system with root permission before installing any kexts. Could you please help me on this one?

I read it but injecting the whole kext from Mojave did not work somehow I don't know what seems to be the problem but I think that there are some kind of conflicting drivers. I have used an app which I have attached to enable the Wifi Card however I do not trust these kind of apps as I am not sure what exactly they do. Now the WiFi works perfectly there is only one cosmetical problem if I start the computer it only shows one bar of WiFi strength, but if I disable and re-enable the WiFi it does show the full signal bars.

No, clearly you have not read the instructions! You're supposed to replace IO80211Family kext in /S/L/E by High Sierra's...

/!\ Catalina 10.15 no longer supports injection or caching of High Sierra's AirPortAtheros40 kext. Instead, the whole IO80211Family kext must be replaced by High Sierra's in /S/L/E. /!\

I've also made the effort to illustrate behaviour...

I have tried that Kext also and my kext from Mojave also and none of them have worked. I had the wifi showing up like mentioned before but was not finding any networks and it seems to load with a delay not like it used to do in Mojave. After using the above attached tool it works. The only problem is a cosmetical issue which I mentioned.

First I have remounted the drive using

sudo mount -uw /

then used the Kext Utility to install the kext.
But I believe it had something to do with the kernel cache or something as it seemed that it was not refreshed and cleaned properly.

Is there a way of checking the cache? or a new command to update the cache?

Or is it still

sudo kextcache -i /
