That's normal whenever you force shutdown a computer.

Have you verify / confirm if the HDMI cable is good?

Have you tested if HDMI is working on this system while on Windows?

Maybe try running a virtual Linux OS and test the connection?

Yes, because I have to force shutdown when it gets freeze, i use the display and the hdmi for a play station 4, but i'll try to use it tomorrow with a windows laptop to see what happens, before i change the default config.plist to the parched config I could use it perfectly but without the graphics etc fixed, and if i change it to the parched ones that you send me the first time (a few months ago) the hdmi connection get bugged and the computer gets freeze.

with the -igfxvesa i'm able to run it on an external monitor but when I use the other boot arg (-igfxnohdmi)  it happens the same like before, so gets bugged, freeze etc, it doesn't work.

it's not a 4k monitor, the resolution of my laptop is 1920x1080 and idk about the resolution of the external m
