I have been running a Dell DW1560 on Precision 7510 however the BT recently stopped working.

As per wiki supported

Dell     DW1560        NGFF/M.2    14e4-43b1   BCM4352      A/B/G/N/AC  Y  Y   Y  Y   N   DSDT/Brcm4360 patch

I used to use:

BrcmFirmwareData.kext

BrcmPatchRAM2.kext

However these now do not work and when dropping them in to CLOVER Kext Other directory the wireless stops working.

Wireless is working Ok with the most recent version of AirportBRCMFixup 2.06

10.15.4 (19E287)

  Bus: PCI

Hey @Jake Lo I tried adding BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext along with BrcmFirmwareData and  BrcmPatchRAM2 to have the following in /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other

AirportBrcmFixup.kext
AppleALC.kext
BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
BrcmFirmwareData.kext
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext

CPUFriend.kext
CPUFriendDataProvider.kext
FakePCIID.kext
FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext
FakeSMC.kext
IntelMausi.kext
Lilu.kext
NoTouchID.kext
USBPorts.kext
VoodooBatterySMC.kext
VoodooPS2Controller.kext
WhateverGreen.kext

However when adding these kexts the BT and Wireless stop working.

use BrcmPatchRAM3.kext for Catalina

Also make sure you have updated Lilu, Whatevergreen, and AppleALC to the latest.

Make sure you don't have these same kexts in /L/E or /S/L/E that might be of different version.
