E7270: KP booting Sierra with CPU power management SSDT

Thanks to the bootpack and this thread, I got most of the things working with my e7270 (i7-6600u). Even the touch screen worked out of the box. I also had to uncheck the legacy rom in the bios to get the ethernet detected. I do not have DW1560 yet, so that's something that I will have to deal with soon.

One problem that I am having right now is ssdt.aml. Sierra won't boot if I put the ssdt.aml in the patched folder. I generated it using the latest version of ssdtPRGen.sh. Under the patched folder, there were already other files like DDST.aml SSDT-1.aml, SSDT-2.aml, etc. (It did not have SSDT.aml) Can anyone help me with this issue?

Yeah, the SSDT generated with ssdtPRGen.sh for Skylake has been causing KP on mine too. Try enabling HWPEnable under CPU with Clover Configurator. New way of managing speed stepping on Skylake system.

You can report the issue to Piker-Alpha if you prefer using SSDT

Ah, HWPEnable worked like a charm, but it seems HWP gets disabled after the system wakes up from a sleep (doesn't go below 1 Ghz). Also, webcam disappears from the system after wake.

By the way, even when HWP is working well, it seems that the battery life of Sierra on e7270 is far inferior to Windows.
