Administrators Bronxteck Posted June 11, 2012 Administrators Share Posted June 11, 2012 the problem with hp is that they whitelist the wifi cards in the bios, basically what that means is that your laptop will refuse to boot with a wifi card that your bios does not deem safe to boot with, you would need to find out what cards are supported for your laptop and also for osx. so please research before buying any wifi card as you might be wasting money if your machine does not like it. off hand though i have no clue about that.
