Dell Precision 7510: unable to get Intel HD 530 Graphics working

It won't boot when switchable graphics are enabled in the BIOS. It always restarts and is disabled automatically. BIOS is latest version, 1.21.3
UEFI enabled, AHCI enabled, secure boot disabled.

Here's the problem/panic report from the "didn't shut down properly" warning after it does boot.

Sweeeeeeet. Finally listened and copied all of the files and it's working now. Much appreciated!

Looks like I can add a DW1820 card and be ready to go for Wi-Fi?

Also, what causes the black screen when waking from sleep? It looks like darkwake since the screen is briefly backlit. I tried 'acpi-wake-type | Data | <01>' in device properties and 'darkwake = 0' boot arg with no result.
