@Hervé Thank you very much for you hint, without it i could not do what i did, so following your advice i was able to install and run successfully Mac OS X Mojave on my Latitude e6230, i followed this guide from @Jake Lo and i used is Boot Files (i Believe they are directed to High Sierra) for my machine there is this topic that you wrote early to install with Enoch Bootloader to Sierra ( i follow this for the usb Mojave installer, but installed clover instead) and i noticed that you mention that everything works. On my installation i used Clover has recommended on the guide and almost everything  is working, i still miss only Bluetooth and WIFI my system has the broadcom chipset in ,because i am a noob on this and i a afraid to mess up what is already good, could you please help me to get those to work, do ou need me do zip a copy of my EFI, Thank you very much, i really appreciate this community all info is very easy to follow. Thanks again hope to here from you soon. Hugo. Forgot to say i am in the A20 BIOS

I had not noticed BIOS A20 had come out. I'm still running on A19 for which I repatched the DSDT to fix graphics corruption rather than stick to version A11 or A12.

You'll have to specify your Bluetooth and wifi card(s) model before anything else.

As specified here, Bluetooth module carrying PCI id 413c:8197 is Dell's built-in BT 4.0 DW380. That's supported under OS X/macOS but limited to very basic usage (no AirDrop, no Handoff). You must untick Bluetooth in BIOS->Wireless to disable that module and hope to use the BT module of any Wireless/BT combo card fitted in one of the mini-PCIe slot. Failing that, the built-in module takes precedence over the combo card. I've experienced this.

You need to post the make and model of your Wireless (or combo Wireless/BT) card and/or its PCI id.

Hello for starters i wold like to thank you very much, so i downloaded your DSDT.aml patch that you point me to and the internal wifi to turn wasn't able to turn on but now i see an over all improvement on the system before it wold go straight to sleep after boot and if not  the audio jack wold not work, before in the system information the PCI tab had no information thanks to your DSDT.aml now has and shows the following:

IDT 92HD93 audio

Intel 82579LM Gigabit Ethernet

Intel HD Graphics 4000

O2 Micro SD Card Reader

The system now stays awake after boot audio jack now works along side the mic before mic was not working and the wifi has now info, is there a need for fine tune something in clover or did i mess up? Sorry for this dumb questions but i am learning has i go, and thank you again like i say before without you nothing of what already is working would no be possible for this i am really grateful to you

PS: I found an old combo card from an old aspire it is an Atheros AR5BXB63 i think this card was natively supported on Yosemite not sure should i replace or add it?

Thank you very very much

AR5BXB63 carries PCI id 168c:001c. This is an old card that is only supported up to Lion 10.7.5, not in any subsequent OS X/macOS versions as stated here:

It would be most helpful if you could say what card you have in your E6230 at the moment. Is there a problem giving out this info???

I don't know what more you expect... I ask you something, you reply something unrelated...

All in all, it seems you do not have any mini-PCIe wireless card but are running on the built-in DW380 BT 4.0 module and a TP-Link TL-WN821N v5 USB dongle for wifi. Nothing further to add, I guess your done.

Sorry I thoght that you did see the system report that i included, and you did shown me that the other card that i have (AR5BXB63) is no longer supported so i drop the idea, yes i do have the original card that is wi fi and bluetooth combo card installed same one on your Sierra Build, i don't know how i can tell you exactly how got here only thing i can pass is copy of EFI and System library extensions folder, i am not english speaking native and sometimes i may miss understand something like i did when you made the question that i thought that you ware just letting me know about solutions out side the internal card. Thank's to all info you provided only the original wifi is missing for the over all success of this project, and yes i am using a dongle to access wi-fi but you have been building this system with all working components that in my view only you have the knowledge the help me finish successfully with all working order, i know that this is very very very hard but it's so close, i don't know i read somewhere that sometimes Kexts may conflict, but i don't think that is the case here, i don't know thats why i asked help to someone that really understands how the hole thing works together, it's ok i am really happy for all what is done  and if this is the way that it can best be so it is i don't see myself without a tutor reach the over all success all i have to do is to thank you very much for this i would not be able to do it on my own, THANK YOU. and sorry if i miss understand something any way this is almost success...🤗
