You're really not very good at this...

I'll assume your E5470 is Skylake with HD520 graphics.

What is this macOS installer disk? A USB key? A specific partition on your SSD disk? For what OS?

What's on your partition called SSD?

YES A E5470 skylake

the installer was a system prefrences upgrade

i have one partition for currently Big Sur

and GUID partitioned for Opencore

it is for MacOS Monterey

my ssd is called "SSD"

Ok, this is painful...

I guess that rather that "system preferences upgrade", you meant macOS upgrade from Big Sur to Monterey. System Preferences is this:

SysPref.jpg

I'm a little surprised by that partition called "macOS installer" if that's meant to be the temp partition created when attempting a macOS update or upgrade because that's not the name one usually expects in such cases. Such temp partitions normally get listed as "Install macOS from ...". So you'll have to explain a little better what this "macOS installer" partition really is or why it's named like that.

Anyway, if you want to get rid of this, you have 2 x possibilities imo:

  1. check things in Disk Utility and delete/remove that partition, whatever it is and wherever it is
  2. if you suspect it's a rogue temp partition resulting from a failed upgrade/update, check things out through Terminal:
ls -la /System/Volumes

If you see a folder called "macOS Install Data", delete it:

sudo rm -Rf /System/Volumes/macOS\ Install\ Data/

(or type sudo rm -Rf /System/Volumes/macOS and press [TAB]).

I've already attach the EFI above with latest OC and kexts

For future reference, you can download latest kexts here

Some you'll just have to use google to search for the dev's site

I've tried again to remove it using Herve subjections

ls -la /System/Volumes/Data

If you see a folder called "macOS Install Data", delete it:

sudo rm -Rf /System/Volumes/macOS\ Install\ Data/

(or type sudo rm -Rf /System/Volumes/macOS and press [TAB]).

there's got to be some spec difference from your (2) E5470

Different hard disk?

Different Wifi / BT?

Different memory sticks?

Try moving them to the working system and see if it replicate the same error and vise versa.
