Dell Latitude E5440: need help for Big Sur

Hello, i've been using this efi for a week, its a combination of efi i've found around the internet, almost everything works except for brightness control and sleep

HDMI sometimes works but puts my integrated screen in black and other times just goes blank without changing to hdmi, honestly i dont know what else to do, i need help.

 

Specifications:

DualCore Intel Core i3-4030U

Intel HD Graphics 4400

8GB DDR3

Realtek ALC292

Intel Dual Brand Wireless AC 7260

Intel Ethernet Connection l218-LM

 

What's not working:

Sleep;

HDMI;
Brightness control;
Fn button.

 

It works:

Graphics acceleration;

Internet;
Audio;
Bluetooth;

Ethernet;
Keyboard and mouse;
Trackpad.

or make your file accessible.  or remove the intel wifi / BT kexts before attaching

Nice everything is working so far except for hdmi audio, in hackintool appears tho

HDMI audio only works on Haswell Hackintosh if:

1. you patch the associated framebuffer connector to HDMI type (00080000) -> not the case in the last IOReg you posted but corrected in Jake's last config
2. you rename ACPI device B0D3 device to HDAU -> that was the case in the last IOReg you posted

Make sure you select the HDMI audio output, it has to be done manually and volume is controlled on the HDMI device itself, not the laptop.

The hdmi audio output doesnt appears in the the audio output selector, thats why im kind of confused, before when the hdmi was the only working display the audio was working just fine

edit: i've attached my actual ioreg with the hdmi connect, i think it could be useful

Looks like your HDMI is on port 2, not 1 as I was assuming. Try this config

On my E7440, I use MacbookPro11,4. That allows me to run Monterey as well.
