Not enough space to restore image d630 10.6.8

Recommended Posts

I get a "Not enough space to restore image" error message from Chameleon when I wake up from sleep and it does not restore previous windows.  I did a default build using edptool.command  svn revision 428.Any ideas?

Change hibernate mode to 0 (via EDP fixes or command line) and delete the sleep image if one exists (/var/vm/sleepimage if I recall correctly).

Made the changes suggested by Herve and it fixed the wake from from sleep problem. Not only that, it goes to sleep and wakes up in less than two seconds! Here are the commands that I used.

$ sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0    # change the hibernate mode to 0

$ sudo rm -rf /var/vm/sleepimage    # delete the sleep image if any
