My x201i [i5 1280x800] is now working with QE/CI and Sound :) BTW... which X201 whitelist bios do you guys recommend? The one from Leon? Yes 9280 works OOB... i have used it on my 2 intel nuc hacks (i3 with thunderbolt and the newer i5 with usb3)However I do have a spare 9285 and saw a youtube video on how to patch it using clover on the fly...I will give that a try....and let you know I have update the whitelist removal bios... but no time to test it at the moment... bd4utonite2 Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 Calabash... My Atheros 9285 wifi has been resolved. No patching of kext or DSDT was required. I happen to stumble upon a post where "Rehabman" recommended a user to use Toleda's kext called toledaARPT.kext which leaves the IO80211Family.kext untouched. I am going to install 10.10.3 on a new hd using your post again I see you have installed 10.10.3 on your machine.Did you do it using the combo update? Was there any post installation steps i should worry about. By the day I tested the vga... it did not work for me. Does it work for you? Regards...
