JTylerBlake Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 I have a Lenovo G550 and I researched online for the kexts and stuff for the laptop. I am using myHack to make the USB installer. I can get everything to work except for the sound and display. The sound does't work in OS X. The display works but it is not at full resolution (1366 x 786) and there is not graphics acceleration. Does anyone know how to fix this. I am currently working on OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5. Here is where I got the kexts. http://www.osx86.net/files/file/950-all-the-kexts-files-for-lenovo-g550/ for voodooHDA to work, you'll need AppleHDADisabler.kext as well which I don't see in the pack you linked.
