Thanks, I try that for the sleep.

Back to the trackpad: Seems like the scrollign is a little bit... strange. When I swipe on the trackpad's right side, the scrolling speed is ok, but swipe on the left side, scolling is fast, and messy... So, I want that windows-like scrolling feature, only on the right side. Can it be done?

Daniel,

Tested your voodoops2 on a D430, it works, but its hyper-sensetive, same on a D820.. (that or, i'm pressing to hard on the touchpad)

As for the pref. pane, then it throws an error when i try to access it...

I'm running EDP 1.5 rc5 (OSX 10.6.6) on a D620 Intel. The problem is that with voodoops2 doesn't show as a trackpad, so there is no way to turn off stray trackpad input during text input.

I tried replacing that voodops2 with Bronxteck's second version in this thread. It does in fact show as a trackpad. However, for the trackpad to track I need to unselect "use 2 fingers to scroll', and I get no trackpad scrolling. With 2 fingers selected the cursor doesn't move at all without 2 fingers.

Any suggestions?
