mrtrotsky Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 Hey, thank you for the instructions. I'm having some trouble getting this to work on a D630 X3100, MLPostFactor 10.8.4. I've got FakeSMC v5.2.678 installed right, and I have the SMC version set to be 1.24f3 (MacBook3,1, which is about the closest possible to this machine). I set Chameleon Wizard to generate C-states and P-states as in the screenshot. But... looking at HWMonitor, the CPU speed seems to be stuck at the x3 multiplier, around 600Mhz. And it ain't fast. Administrators Hervé Posted October 28, 2013 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2013 For a D630/D830 X3100 and/or D620 GMA950, I actually use MacBook5,1 SMBIOS settings and therefore SMC 1.32f8.
