Refined ALPS TouchPad driver

I have two issues pertaining to touchpad which is making very difficult to use in normal circumstances

First, while scrolling texts and link are automatically selected ,but even when I disable "Tap to Click" right click button doesn't work.

Secondly, while dragging after you lift the finger, the normal behaviour is that the dragging stops but here you have to tap to make it stop.

And pointer acceleration is a little slow
Can these be tweaked via plist ?

Thanks dsarch

Tested on E7450 ALPS: Found a V7 TouchPad with ID: E7=0x73 0x03 0x0a, EC=0x88 0xba 0x2a

  • Mouse movement is slow even when set to the maximum.
  • Both scrolling for touchpad and trackstick works but slow, also the trackstick scrolling is reverse.
  • 3 fingers swipe for Mission Control works
  • 2 fingers tab
  • Command and Option keys are swapped
  • Caplock is fixed
  • ~ has been switched to ± when set to ANSI
  • ` has been switched to § when set to ANSI
  • tap to drag is not working, had to use the left mouse click + touchpad / trackstick

Hello everybody. :-P

Thanks to you guys I am using high sierra at E7240.

I have one question. Is trackpad [swipe between pages] supported?
It seems that browser's return gesture is not supported.
(Of course, It was checked by system preferences.)
Other gestures (eg scrolling) are working fine.

I referred to the following.
·
And my log is as follows.

donaldant$ log show | grep ALPS
