That's good news. Do you have sleep working and suffer the same issue where you need to plugin power adapter before wake, otherwise blank screen?

Or does sleep breaks HDMI audio?

Any issue with USB 3.0?

Sleep doesn't work properly. Closing LID doesn't work. Only button Fn+sleep works or apple logo+sleep (left corner at top). But system Fans is still running, screens go to black. Wakeup works and also HDMI works after wakeup. USB 3.0 (2x on the left + 2x on right side) work and also eSata port works and it is recognized as USB 3.0 port. USB 2.0 work too, but these ports are internal, for BT... You need DSDT patch for USB 3.0 + needed kext to works in 10.11 El. Capitan. I post all files later.

 

Update:

 

there are needed files for Precision M4800:

- config.plist for Clover

- patched ACPI DSDT.aml, SSDT.aml for CPU

- kexts for Clover (10.10, 10.11)

- kexts to S/L/E (AppleHDA is vanilla without any patches, version 272.51.3 from OSX 10.11.2)

 

BIOS: load default configuration, SATA set to AHCI.

- Switchable graphic Disabled - internal display brightness is at highest level and can not be changed (need resolve this problem), nVidia Quadro K1100M full GPU performance + HDMI, DP output, 

- Switchable graphic Enabled - internal display with changeable brightness level (Fn+Up/Down key), but with poor GPU performance. HDMI, DP output works with full GPU performance.

Of course that HDMIAudio.kext is needed. I upload new attachement M4800 v.2.zip
