jeopardise Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 Thanks Jake Lo! Now it works. I took the patch from your Clover Guide, within E5420 pack I copied the patch. When I changed the SMBIOS to 8,2, the USB showed up! Now just to get the battery percentage work. Fixed it. Just removing all the New way settings. jeopardise Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 Now I triple boot with El Capitan, Mavericks and Windows 10 on a single harddisk with Clover. Better speed in booting compared to Chameleon.I've followed other guide by Jake to generate SSDT. Enabling C1-C4 is not required.I had problem with display corruption. I changed the processor thermal paste to Arctic MX4 and reduced the max load temperature 94°C to 80-82°C. Overheating caused my installation or backing up partition images always interrupted because the laptop would shutdown.Took a long painful process but learnt a lot! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
