I thought once it's enabled, it can't be disable. How did you do it?

See if you could disable Signed Firmware Update before downgrading.

Re-install Clover on top with the latest version following these settings

Install for UEFI booting only

Install Clover in the ESP

Drivers64UEFI\DataHubDxe-64

Drivers64UEFI\FSInject-64

Drivers64UEFI\SMCHelper-64

Drivers64UEFI\ApfsDriverLoader-64

Drivers64UEFI\AptioMemoryFix-64

Drivers64UEFI\PartitionDxe-64

Once done, check in /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI, the following are removed

OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi

OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi

EmuVariableUefi-64.efi

OsxFatBinaryDrv-64.efi
