Use the more reply options on the lower right. compress the folder first before you could attach

I agree it must be Legacy, but MBR as well on my setup.

The audio kext from my bootpack should work, but disable AppleHDA IDT #3 if you're installing Sierra.

Thats odd.  I thought I did attach.  In any case.  I reattached to my last post.

I ended up using the following kexts to get audio working under Sierra.

AppleHDA275.kext.zip

CodecCommander.kext.zip

So Sierra will install and work successfully on the L321X?

Is there anything specific I need to do to create the installer USB?

Here is Sierra on my L321X

I just followed Rehabmans clover guide.  Although after reading here I suspect Im going to have to reinstall as MBR :-(. Cant get clover booting from the HDD.

I was just about to ask about that too  8-)

The Cypress trackpad functionality is "not great"

I'm currently building an MBR Installer for Sierra.  I was able to install Clover legacy on my Yosemite build and boot from the SSD, so I'm hoping I can do the same with Sierra.

Not having any luck getting my Sierra installer to work.

I get as far as the first photo...then after a short pause it gives me the NO screen.

If I move the USB from Right to Left usb port, the installer progresses a little further but ends in a KP shortly thereafter.

I've patched my installer with the MBR patch, so not sure what I'm doing wrong.  My EFI is attached for your review.post-90490-0-84817400-1501785549_thumb.jpg
