i am new here i want to install Mac OS High Sierra on my laptop but don't know where to start.

Laptop Specs:

• System Model: Inspiron 7559
• Processor: Intel® Core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
• Ram : 16 GB
• BIOS: Ver: 05.0000B
• Audio: ALC 256 (VEN_10EC&DEV_0256)

Display Devices: 

1. Intel® HD Graphics 530
2. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
