So ... does it works? ... can you please do a follow up of your experience? ... I have a e5520 too and I'll like to install 10.10 with clover as well ... 

Well it took some time but here's my boot pack for Mavericks 10.9.4. Thanks to JakeLo for everything!!!

 

Dell Latitude E5520

Processor: i5 2410m (SSDT Included in bootpack)

Network Lan: BCM5761 Gigabit Ethernet (Working)

WiFi: BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN (Not Working --- never will )

Video/Display Resolution: Intel HD 3000 / 1920x1080 (Working Full --- Patched for HDMI and VGA)

Audio: IDT 92HD90BXX and Intel HD 3000 (Working Full --- Thanks to @JakeLo for Patched AppleHDA)

Battery: Working

Sleep: Working

Touchpad: Working Full --- Thanks to JakeLo for VoodooPS2Controller kext

SD Card: Not sure  --- Not interested

Bluetooth: Not sure --- Not interested

Jake Lo I installed the patched AppleHDA but didn't get any audio at all ... I don't know if I missed some configuration in boot plist or anything else ... Can you point to some app I can use to patch DSDT other than MaciASL? ... thanks for all the help

I've tried to patch DSDT before but I can't get MaciASL to work ... It crashes when I try to patch and save the changes ... I'll use the patched AppleHDA you gave me and I'll post the results as soon as I can test it ...
 
Also I'm still on ML 'cause on Mavericks the Broadcom BCM5761 won't work with the BCM5722D.kext v2.35 sorry for the offtopic but can you help me on that? ... Thanks for your quick reply ...

Can you go to the BIOS and check what you have for Audio?

Is it 92HD90...

@derikke Do you have HDMI both Video and Audio working? ... I have HDMI video working but HDMI Audio just won't work
