    i am using dell latitude e7240 specs : 

    Processor : Intel(R) core(TM)i7-4600U CPU @ 2.10GHz     2.70GHz

    RAM : 8GB

    256 GB SSD

     

    This is my first time to do hackintosh please show  me  which macOS is suitable for me  and how should i do it

      I would recommnend at least 100 GB if you plan to store data and install apps for any version of MacOS.

      the Max os you can run on this is Monterey. Follow my E7440 guide found in the Dell guide section.
