    D620 Nvidia, All Works but cannot use Dual Core, kernel panics

    Firstly, thanks to the community here and the creators of this website!

     

    After a bit of time, my D620 w/Nvidia works very well, although I await a Broadcomm wireless card.

     

    One question - if I enable multi-core support in bios (OSX bios from this site) AFTER a clean install without multicore support, the machine panics. I cannot install with multicore support enabled because the mouse is 99% not usable.

     

    Is there a fix for this? What do I do to troubleshoot this or what more information can I provide to the forum?

     

    This machine currently indicates it is "2.16 Intel Core Solo", while is in fact dual core processor disable in bios at the moment
