We would need to get more info to help you.. are you in OSX Right now ?

 

If yes, go over to http://team.osxlatitude.com/tools/ - download Hardware info (there is one for both SL and Lion)

 

Run the application and make an image (you can use GRAB wich comes with OSX) and post it here.

 

This will show us what kind of hardware you have...
