What kind of problem do you have when you upgrade your BIOS? If you use a patched DSDT, yes, you'll need extract it again a re-patch it. -
Keep in mind that doing this you'll not get any performance, it's only a aesthetical thing. In real Macbooks, this are not available.

You don't need use SSDT for power management. Just use plugin-type=1 in your config.plist. -
Try this: Name: com.apple.driver.usb.AppleUSBXHCI Find: 837D940F 0F839704 0000 Replace: 837D940F 90909090 9090 Comment: USB 10.13.4+ by PMHeart Don't forget to use the USBInjectAll by @RehabMan.
