  1. There seems to be multiple problems with the website. First, when trying to login with Google, it throws an Error 401: "Error: deleted_client The OAuth client was deleted." When trying to login with Twitter, it sends me back to the login page with the error "Something went wrong. Please try again." Also, when trying to register or use the Contact Us function when not logged in, reCAPTCHA throws an error at the bottom right of the website: "This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha." I'm wondering if any administrators can help me retrieve access to my account again, as I'm currently locked out (I registered with Google). The "Forgot my password" function doesn't seem to work, as I never received any emails. My display name is: kurumi
  2. I have the same problem ... .I changed my VRAM size from 512MB to 1024 MB (SNB FB and HD300 kext). The System profiler shows everything correct, but I still have the graphic problems.
  3. I installed High Sierra 10.13.3 as described here: https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-vostro-xps-clover-guide/&do=findComment&comment=74275
  4. I restarted and pressed F4 and F2 in Clover and gernerated a new report. Sleep is working fine now, but sometimes when I open the lid it suddenly restarts and sometimes it's working fine. debug_6311.zip
  5. WOW, thanks for answering. I had AppleBacklightInjector.kext installed in /L/E and forgot to copy SSDT-PNLF.aml in /EFI/ACPI. Thank you very much, now it ist working as expected.
  6. I really want to upload the debug files, but the folder deletes itself when I use "gen_debug -sysprofile txt", so I tried to save the files during executing. DEBUG.zip
  7. Sleep is working fine from apple menu, but not on lid closing. I changed the ethernet settings to "manually" "100baseTX" and "full duplex", but the MAC Adress is still wrong and Ethernet isn't working at all. My Latitude E5520 has sadly no USB 3.0 ports
  8. How can I set the speed to 100BaseTX? I didn't know something like a USB to Ethernet exists from Apple. The next problem is how do I get the sleep working with closing the lid?
  9. I tried to change the MAC Adress "sudo ifconfig en0 ether 4c:07:95:87:34:a5", but after I entered "networksetup -listallhardwareports" it shows en0: 00:00:00:00:00:00.
  10. I tried my Sierra backup with the BCM5772D.kext and the MAC adress is working fine in Sierra.
  11. No, I just verified the MAC Adress in High Sierra.
  12. I've updated the BCM5722D.kext to version 2.3.6 using the following site: "https://bitbucket.org/Jief666/bcm5722d/downloads/".The MAC Adress is still 00:00:00:00:00:00.
  13. I managed to install 10.13.3 on my Dell Latitude E5520 without any problems using the A14 Bootpack. I'm also using the "BCM5722D.kext", for the NetXtreme 5761 Ethernet Controller, but the MAC Adress is 00:00:00:00:00:00. So I tried to install "FakePCIID_BCM57XX_as_BCM57765.kext" and "FakePCIID.kext", but they aren't working in High Sierra at all. Is there a possibility to fix the MAC Adress? Sleep is only working when I click on "Apple -> Sleep" and not when I close the lid. I set hibernation to 0 and deleted the image as mentioned in the installation guide. Why isn't my laptop sleeping on lid close?
  14. So I should replace "03040000 00040000 09000000" with "06 02 00 00 00 04 00 00 08 00 00 00"?
  15. Hey, i recently bought a Dell Dockingstation (PR03X) for my Latitude E5520 (i7 2620M, 8 GB RAM, 1366x768, MacOS Sierra 10.12.6). The DisplayPort "Port" is working fine, but DVI isn't working at all. I'm also unable to use the built-in VGA port, the built-in HDMI and HDMI audio are working as expected. I'm using the following bootpack. Is it possible to get VGA working only by changing the AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext patches in Clover? Can I find the following ports for DVI and VGA?
  16. Which kext from https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/1948-elan-focaltech-and-synaptics-smart-touchpad-driver-mac-os-x/Should I install to get full touchpad gestures?
  17. I have a Dell Latitude E5520: i7-2620M, Intel HD Graphics 3000, 4GB RAM, 1366x768 and A14 Bios. I tried every DSDT and config, but these Clover boot files.zip were the best. When I try to boot the El Capitan installer it boots just fine until the installation screen appers. There are many lines across the internal display, but when i connect an external monitor using hdmi I can only see the background. I tried the bootpack for Sierra, but it just restarts. I don't know anything about DSDT patching so I hope someone could help me.
  18. A07 BIOS i5-5200u + amd r7 m270 4gb + hd5500. CLOVER.zip
  19. Hi, I updated Sierra from 10.12.3 to 10.12.5 and my brightness just stopped working. I see indicator, but can't change brightness. What to do?
  20. If you have an HDMI port you may have two "sound cards", my internal speakers were at: /proc/asound/card1/codec#0 Great guide, works perfect! I only had audio problems when resuming from sleep. I used "fix 1"
  21. I just installed voodoohda and sound started working, figured easier to do than trying to mess around with the applehda. Thanks for the help guys, fully installed and working (other than wifi, stupid latitude 6x20 bios whitelist, waiting on the bcm card to show up) really appreciate the help Wern and J-Lo
  22. Thanks guys, looks like that dsdt frome insaneleymac was a direct drop in replacement and sleep and everything works except for sound... Never really tried to write my own dsdt, but I'll try to combine the sound hardware description from Jake's dsdt into Wern's dsdt. Thanks again guys I'll let you know if I fail.
  23. Hello any help would be appreciated: I followed the guide by Jake to install it on my E6420 with NVS4200, I have installed it with optimus disabled to use the NVS4200M. My installation procedure matched the guide down to the tee except for also installing the nvidia files to /S/L/E and using the DSDL included along with the nvidia files. Everything works except for sleep, the laptop tries to go into sleep mode, and everything shuts down except the keyboard light and power button light remain on instead of the blinking. Any attempts to 'wake' the laptop is futile, and I must hold down the power button and kill the laptop. as I said any help would be greatly appreciated, as sleep is very important.
