Hello Guys,
In my sucessfull installation of SL on my D420. I need some help with it on my D630.
Recently i have discovered that my Wireless Card is an Intel one, so, if this wasn't exchanged, Wi-Fi will not work.
I have an Wireless Card Replacement, an AzureWave RTK8187B (sort of a RealTek), and i wanna know if this Wireless Card will work on OS X.
And actually the D630 is Running Windows 7, and i wanna know what are the specifications to run any OS X, and where i can found it, if is my CPU are x86 and x64, and etcetera, if dual boot works too.
Count on you guys!

Oh, that's it's obvious! hahahaha. i'm very happy using the SL 10.6.8 on the D420, it's works flawlessly, iMovie, GarageBand, AppStore and etc.
Thanks for the support and feedback!

Yeah, you're right.
Anyway, with the hardware limitations of the D420, will this compromise the function on my actual installation of Snow Leopard? Or i do not have to worry about it?

Hello fellas,
I'm totally newbie on Hackintosh Community, especially on OSX Latitude. After almost 2 years later, finnaly i made it, install the OS X Snow Leopard Vanilla, with the DVD D620 Boot. Maybe this wasn't the right way to do it, but i didin't have found any problems, after two or more try, sometimes it fail, when i install the package on the DVD Boot, and then, i install the OS X and use the EDP from yours, and totally worked it!
Well, after i tell you my story of life, lets straight to the point.
Nowadays, i'm running Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8, on the Dell Latitude D420 Core Duo (Or Core 2 Duo) (see the attachment below), it's work perfectly. But, i like stuffs up to date, as far i concerned, the D420 works with the OS X Lion too. But, when i use the USB drive with the OS X Lion dmg (i don't have the retail image), and recognizes on the laptop, when i do the update, the system says that i can't do it, because de CPU is not compatible, but i read on OSX86, the D420 supports OS X Lion. What i got it to do? Somebody can help me out?
Sorry if i spell some bullcrap, but i'm brazilian and i'm not good in english at all, haha.
Fn keys on D420

Hello,
I have some doubts about the Fn, or, Function Keys on my SL 10.6.8 on a Dell D420.
I've tried one on one key to see the function, and the ones i've discovered is the combine of Fn + F5 and Fn + 12, that decrease and increase brightness, respectively.
So, if anyone know something about the Fn buttons and his functions (obviously), let me know.
Cheers!
