    Hi All!

     

    Attached my Dell Latitude 7480 EFI for Mojave (works also for Catalina Beta #7).

     

    Working:

    • Sound
    • Headphone
    • HD Graphics 520
    • Full graphics accel
    • Sleep
    • Trackpad
    • Ethernet
    • USB-C
    • USB-3
    • HDMI picture OK, but no sound in TV
    • Etc...

     

    Serial number deleted, need to generate new. (Clover Configurator)

    Also: VoodooPS2.kext i changed to ISO layout and Comand - Alt replace.

    Change if your needed.

     

    Not tested:

    • WiFi (i not have compatible card)

     

    Not work:

    • HDMI sound on TV

     

    I wish you successful testing :) 

     

    And thanks for JakeLo and other members the original Mojave BootPack!

    macOS Sierra DP1 DELL E7440 Bootpack (Clover)

    Hi All!

     

    If you want to test macOS Sierra, i packed my config and kexts for this (Clover)

    The serial is autogenerated.... Replace if you need....

     

    The touchpad not working fully, no scroll and multi gestures, and HW audio buttons not work... (Only this oldest ApplePS2 found in the net thats does not KP....)

    But this is preview release, i think this problems changed in the future...

     

    And if you need run "Unidentified Developers Programs" open terminal and paste:

    sudo spctl --master-disable 

    The pack contains 10.11 and 10.12 folder if you need a dual boot with El Capitan, and latest Clover 3566 with SecondStage Glitch Patch for 10.12

    In ToSLE folder, install these kext to SLE.... Or LE...

    Thanks Robert! Upon further investigation I found out that after I upgraded to 10.11.1 my 10.11 folder was empty. Also missing bunch of stuff from other EFI folders too. I booted Windows and then mounted the OS X drive and replaced all of the contest as it should be. But still no luck. System still boots with 3270 clover. Is there any way to update clover if I am unable to boot to the OSX?

    I think, no....

    Update files CLOVERX64.efi and CLOVERIA32.efi from attached package This is Clover 3301... (update from windows)

    But no answer if you use legacy or full uefi boot?

    If you use legacy, i can not help you, i use full uefi boot....

    Jake thanks for the fast response and I did add the boot entry again again but no luck still. The system will boot go to apple logo and only one line appear on the boot menu of OSX and the system reboots again.

    I have OS X installed on second drive and Windows on another drive.

    Any future help will be greatly appreciated...thanks

     

    This Tipically Clover problem. Update Clover to minimum: 3292

    I think you El Capitan not load right Clover boot files....

    Use full UEFI? or Legacy?

    Hi!

     

    Just upgraded 10.10.3 to 10.11. Used Robertostudios zip and everything works except sleep if something is connected to USB 3.0 (usb otherwise is working fine). Any solution? Tried repatching my DSDT but cannot boot on my DSDT. Now I'm using Robertostudios DSDT. No GenericUSBXhci.kext

     

    Maybe tell me how exactly prepare DSDT for 10.11. The same method as in guide plus this 3 patches from post #506 ? Am I missing something? 

     

    Tried patching myself with no success. DSDT working in 10.10.3 is no longer good in 10.11. I have bios A15. Can someone help me with patching or send DSTD suitable for 10.11 and 4300u?

    Suggestions?

     

    I'm getting same error when i use FakepciidXhcimux.kext!

    But my DSDT pathed JakeLo instruction (included previous post), all working fine! Sleep, camera, etc... USB3 device plugged or not... Only (Disk unmounted error when wake from sleep....)

    All working now like a charm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Camera, usb3 after sleep, headphones and speakers after sleep, USB3 speed speedier like before! ALL!!!

    I attached my current EFI folder, (removed serials...)
     
    I Very happy now! :)
     
    Edit: strange, i rebooted, sleeped, my comp some time, and now headphone, speaker work after sleep, plug, unplug vica-versa all!!!

    I check 6-7 times, rebooted, sleeped while headphone plugged, sleeped while not, plug unplug, and now work like a charm :)

    OS X 10.11 El Capitan Beta on E7440

    Vanilla AppleHDA means untouched after you installed El Capitan. Did you use the bootpack I attached here?

    Only this not working should be the webcam because it's on USB 3.0. There's some research on it but I have not look into it in detail.

    If you need working webcam, install this kext Mine is working fine after install!
