Try going into Options when you see the Clover loader, use the right arrow to navigate

Select ACPI patching-> Tables Dropping->

Go all the way down and deselect Drop all OEM SSDT

Check all the Drop "SSDT-xx" below that

Select Return

Change DSDT name: BIOS.aml or anything other than DSDT.aml

Select Return, Return

Hit spacebar to select Verbose mode + debug 0x100

This will determine if the patching was the issue or issue is elsewhere

Note: I notice the kext/other folder name is lower case, the 1st letter should be upper case otherwise kexts won't be read

try this DSDT, just a few simple audio patches and fixes. Will add more if it works

Trackpad issue could be due to having VoodooPS2Controller in 2 places.

Remove the one in /L/E or /S/L/E, only keep the one in /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other

Same for FakeSMC + plugins

Same for FakePCIID + addins

ACPIBatteryManager

Lilu.kext

USBInjectAll

RealtekRTL8100

All these kexts could be left in /e/c/k/Other

DSDT.aml.zip

ok, laptop is booting now! =)

guess what? audio is working finally! with appleALC kext

but now i lost full video, the translucent part, i forgot its name. it looks choppy now. used to work fine.

somehow voodoops2controller works fine only from SLE. if i just leave it in Other, like 10min from booting, i loose the trackpad but keyboard continues to work.

backlight controller i think it is not working. its only all bright or dark.

battery manager is showing correctly.

when i insert an usb3.0 kingston datatraveler memory, it shows now in system profile under Bus USB 3.0 but still no go for the external ssd hd. usb 2.0 ports working fine.

so, whats next? =) video CI/QE ? what other patches i need?

Jake, again, thanks a lot for your help....
