Yes, Optimus is not supported unless you could disable /enable it in the BIOS

Your system is definitely supported, you had Sierra on it before so no reason why you can't run High Sierra. 

You should start with a vanilla USB installer rather than using a Distro.

How to start a vanilla usb installer, last time i using hackintoshzone and transmac, and this time i using a real mac to get 10.13.4 and using creatinstallationmedia, include clover newest and your guild kext, your driver64UEFI file and your kext, my dsdt and ssdt

by the way i dont figure out why lilu kext cant install in my mac even in 12.6, if i install lilu kext it gone KP and affter this i need go save mode to remove lilu kext ....

make a copy of your Mac computers hard drive.

mount the efi volume of the cloned drive.

paste in your working clover EFI folder into it.

then put it into the dell and boot it.

if all is well you should boot to an exact duplicate of your Mac.

 

this is if you just want Mac OS on your machine and you are still having issues with a clean install
