On my non USB-C Precision 3510, I enabled the firepro W5130M in clover to get HDMI working and Displayports on my dock:

1. Remove any ACPI patch to disable discrete graphics first.

2. Devices > Fake ID > ATI > 0x66511002

3. Graphics > Inject ATI

Additionally, I used this EDID to enable sleep, which needs to be toggled sometimes to get both the internal screen AND external screens working at the same time, otherwise only the external screen(s) work.

4. Graphics > Inject EDID

5. Custom EDID[Hex]:
00FFFFFF FFFFFF00 061014A0 00000000 0A160104 A51D1278 026FB1A7 554C9E25 0C505400 00000101 01010101 01010101 01010101 01012E36 80A07038 1F403020 350058C2 1000001A 522B80A0 70381F40 30203500 58C21000 001A0000 00FC0043 6F6C6F72 204C4344 0A202020 00000000 00004131 9E001000 000A010A 20200050

Hope this helps!
