X1 Carbon Gen 8: Internal mic not working

Hi All,

 

I recently purchased an X1 Carbon Gen 8 for a Ventura Hackintosh based off of Jake Lo's guide.  Everything works except for the internal mic.  The guide says the microphone is working so I'm wondering where I went wrong.  Has anyone else had any luck with it?  I would really appreciate any help you can provide as I need this to work for conference calls when I'm out in the field.  EFI is too large to upload so I have attached my config.plist.  I used the most recent one from this install guide:
