jpz4085
Although this thread is marked solved I’d like to add that after some effort I have audio including headphone detection working perfectly on my E6230 using the current CodecCommander by Rehabman. His script to dump node info was very helpful with determining what would work consistently. I think this should apply to anyone with similar hardware. Edit the Info.plist file inside the kext and set all three “Perform Reset” options to “No” and increase the “Send Delay” option to 500 or larger if necessary. These settings are found under “IOKitPersonalities - CodecCommander - Codec Profile - Default” but can be specified separately in a custom profile or externally in an SSDT file. This configuration should ensure that the codec is ready when CodecCommander attempts to update the node configuration data and it’s not lost to a reset during wake. Prior to this my headphones usually didn’t work at boot and after sleep I’d have intermittent loss of sound.
