Oddly enough, it has started to work all of a sudden. I did, however, try Fn-F1 to sleep, but the computer shut down (and never booted into OS X again, had to wipe the hard disk using a Windows install CD to get the bootloader to even start after that).
Hi guys,
I managed to get Sierra working on my E6230 (i5-3320M BIOS A11) and everything is working fine.
However, the laptop won't sleep on Fn-F1 or lid close. Needless to say lid open does not do anything.
It seems like the laptop doesn't detect the closed lid. What can I do?
Thank you!
