I have a T430 (2349 C29)  i have use edp

 

usb 3.0 ports doesn't work

Wifi doesn't work (i use asus usb n10)

when it sleeps i can't wake it

 

and the battery when is full shows only  88%

Now is working pretty good for me, except for the normal thing, like Card reader and the wifi...

Try to enter the Resolution of your screen in boot.plist, if you still have that issue then send me your ioregfile. The DSDT from EDP is working for the system which we've added, so your notebook might be having different specs than the model in EDP. Let us know the complete specs of your notebook by dumping the files from Windows based on the thread: https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/1945-dsdtssdt-patching/ and send it so we can help better to get you a stable system with all the edits.

", in the boot.plist, the screen is OK, with QI/CE on.

I think that the DSDT from the EDP instal is not working with my T430.

Still looking...

let me see you dsdt, are you using the dsdt from EDP?

 

You don't have to use GraphicsEnabler flag if you are using patched dsdt which is the main reason for these kind of issues, try boot and smbios i've attached.

 

What is the version of your chameleon bootloader?

Yes i'm using the DSDT from EDP ( DSDT EDP ), see the Files, and you can found the DSDT i made with my T430 ( DSDT LENOVO T430 )

My version of Chameleon is V2.2 R2170.

Whith your version of boot and smbios , no change, the screen let me see only the first left part of the desktop, like the picture

At this time i'm using the clean install, from Myhack and EDP for T430, whitout modification.

Assuming you use Chameleon as boot loader, did you try to specify resolution in boot plist?

Yes i'm using Chameleon, and i try to put a screen value in the boot.list file, but nothing change, idem for the chameleon boot list file, nothing change, only during the boot log.

For information i just Finish to make a new instal, and there is the same trouble. i can see only the first left part of the desktop,

The strange thing is that with remote desktop, on my true OSX, the hackintosh screen is in full resolution.

I try whith a new install, i got trouble with the resolution screen, i can see only half part of the Finder, their is a trouble with the DSDT for me, when i put it away, the résolution is ok.

Someone can help ME ?

I'm trying to use the brand new "EDP", for my T430, but after BOOT, le KEXT test, and the KEXT Load, my Screen Became Black, full Black, and nothing else.

For your information, my Hack was running a little in 10.8.3, whitout DSDT, only instal some kext for sound, ethernet, battery.

A just Put this String"<key>device-properties</key>

in the "org.chameleon.Boot.plist" file, and the video card working great.

Please can you help me to make working this Version of EDP, starting OSX whitout black Screen ?
