Hi, Please let me know, I am downgrade BIOS to direct A12 from A14 is this right?? or I have to downgrade BIOS to A03 then upgrade again to A12

Hi, Now I am Downgrade BIOS to A12 and again install MAC. The USB device working fine but same display problem occurs. Please let me any suggestion to fix display problem.

I installed OSX Sierra in Dual-Boot in my Dell-Latitude e6430 Laptop all is working fine but their is problem in their display and USB not working. I have attached image and video regarding issue.
