I couldn't get anything to install on my e5430 can you help

I am struggling to get 10.8.4 loaded on my e5430 i5 and am not really knowledgable to do too much, was wondering when there would be a boot pack available so I stood a fighting chance to get it to work

Is it possible to put 10.7 on an inspiron 1545?

Hi I am new to this…I have the following laptops I would like to put OSX onto preferably mountain lion but whatever work would be good

 

1) Dell Latitude E5430 I5 4gb RAM 128gb ssd

 

2) Inspiron 1520

 

3) Inspiron 1545

 

Any help or step by steps would be good…the E5430 is the one I would like to put ML on
