Hi itry install catalena in 6440 But hdd cant see in disk utility Chang SATA to AHCI after that system no boot

Hiiiii every one I have installed Catalina on Dell E6440 with integrated intel hd4600, Everything works correctly but after about 15 minutes the system completely Freeze without entering the sleep mode i have changed AppleALC.kext And the problem was not solved Specs: Dell Latitude E6440, macOS Version: macOS 10.15,1 (Catalina) Thanks
