You need to boot in 32-bit because in 64-bit you don't have QE/CI because there are no 64-bits kexts for intel GMA 950.

Just add arch=i386 to your org.chameleon.boot.plist and restart

make sure to run edptool.command in /Extra folder and make new build for d620-intel. just do not use appleACPIbattery option
