Well i got everything working in the end by using another Kext installer prior to installing the EDP.
Basically my procedure was:
-USB image from osxlatitude.com
-Installed in safe boot.
-Restart in chameleon, selecting hard drive, also safe boot.
-Installed Kext installer from other website (contains chameleon also)
-Restarted (normal)
-Installed EDP 1.9.1
-Restarted (normal)
Everything is stable, but i cannot do updates (which i'm fine with)

OK guys,
if I boot with -V flag screen remain black... but if I connect external display and switch with fn+f8 to external display I can read error:
ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::registerLPCDriver - WARNING - LPC device initialization failed: C-state power management not initialized
What we must do now?
Sorry to bump this up...i honestly tried not to get to this point
So anyways, i've got Osx installed on my D630 (intel graphics). Osx will boot ok, the only problem is i've lost the mousepad/keyboard. I can plug in a usb keyboard and mouse and they will work.
I ran a -v and caught the same above error just before it went to the home screen.
'ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::registerLPCDriver - WARNING - LPC device initialization failed: C-state power management not initialized'
Edit: keyboard and mouse no longer working in Safe boot.
-Osx SL installed from USB image
-Chameleon 2.0 RC5 r665
-EDP 1.9.1
If anyone can be of assistance that would be great!
