The graphics card is not supported...
Is installing the software even possible on this machine?
Specification - Dell Latitude Z600
CPU speed:
1.6GHz
Processor:
Intel Core 2 Duo SU9600
Screen:
16 inches
Hard drive:
128GB (2 x 64GB SSDs)
Memory:
4GB
Graphics:
Intel GMA 4500MHD

Intel Wifi dont work in osx... lack of drivers...

Without knowing more about your hardware i will still give you a kext...
If you look at your panic you can see the files that do it is the Atheroes L1c network card driver.
try this newere version (do remember to backup the other kext first) http://www.osx86.net/view/2053-atheros_8151_lan_kext.html

On newere laptops it is not even safe to say that nvidia are workiing better then ati graphics.
If the laptop got nvidia optimus then the graphics is not working. On the other hand if the laptop got a ATI card from RadeonHD Mobility 5xxx or newere there is a good chance to get that working.

Well at least your honest and get straight to the point, god I love Mac People..
I can also let you know that the GM45 (AKA GMA4500) is not supported and the best you might get is full res on the screen but no qe/ci so no hardware accleration and apps that need that wont work... That is apps like the build in dvd player, the latest flash versions, ios emulator and so forth.

hey paranoid netkas.org has the chameleon sources for lion you where looking for but it only works for lion not snow
i did test it.. got it to boot lion 1 time and then it just do double fault erros everytime after that...
But i am thinking about finding the way to chainload iboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded) from chameleon...

And i have keyboard/trackpad working most of the time with voodoops2 even tho it are saying it cant find a mouse and keyboard under boot...
The voodoops2 from EDP... And the voodoohda from EDP am i using..
Intel wireless card for Lion or ML

Intel wireless cards do not have support in osx... and it will proberly be like that untill apple uses intel wifi cards in the real macs...
