PS> i seen a lot of useful stuff here http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=98102 , dose anything helps you?
  2. I have problem to create boot mac os lion USB with myHack, software don't allows to chose custom Extra folder, simply just skipped that step.

When I use that kind of installation whole process stops at last one minute before the end of installation and stay there, I interup them and try to boot from my hdd. But only way is to set myHack USB for first boot device and then interrupt with any key to chose Lion to boot in safe mode.

Now I make another boot USB on my friend MBP

  3. you need an RTC kext my hack provides one. if not google for RTC patch for mavericks

i know i use this from tutorial:

    sudo perl -pi -e 's|\x75\x30\x44\x89\xf8|\xeb\x30\x44\x89\xf8|; s|\x75\x3d\x8b\x75\x08|\xeb\x3d\x8b\x75\x08|' /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleRTC

sounds like a lot of work. but good to hear that it works.

A lot of works for who? I install all Lion in some 20 min. , without update to 10.7.5

  4. After distro installation I only do this below from tutorial:

    - Grab a few extras from here.

    - And a bunch of .kext files from here.

    - And tonycrapx86's KextBeast from here.

    - Put all of these on a USB drive and plug it into the X61.

    - On the Xsee61, extract Extra.zip.

    - Copy the two .plist files into /Extra, overwriting the existing files.

    - Copy DSDT.aml into /.

    - Extract current-SLE.zip.

    - Copy all of the .kext files to your Desktop.

    - Extract KextBeast.zip.

    - Run KextBeast and follow the prompts through completion to install kernel extensions specific to the X61.

  5. Sorry, i attach zip file from tutorial not from my Lion partition.

    Yes, about this mac iMacBookPro2,3

i use this  kind of install one more time because the last time i didn't have battery and middelton bios.

Because thats tutorial have all things from the beginning to the update 10.7.5 , he also put fix terminal code for repair bluetooth and sleep but for me sleep don't work.

    http://blog.slor.net/2013/08/installing-mac-os-x-lion-1075-on-lenovo.html

if i don't  bring sleep to work i try myHack option, but i don't know wish DSDT to chose?!

    Extra.zip

  6. A DSDT is a BIOS table, so I trust you understand it is specific to the particular computer model it comes from/applies to. If you've already collected a DSDT for the ThinkPad X61, use it if it appears necessary (for instance, to properly detect HDD if it is not the case without DSDT or avoid black screen when OS X switches to Desktop).

For bootloader, we use Chameleon and that is what myHack will install.

I have hours and days, no problem :)

when I use tutorial from Latitude how to build myHack USB, i put all my DSDT things for X61? When Lion boots up from HDD i need to install KEXTS with KextBeast ? Do I need to use this tutorial http://www.osxlatitude.com/edp/documentation/post-installation/ ?

And how to update system on 10.7.5 ?

My X61 Hack works fine, everything work except sleep mode!

  7. Thanks for info about ML and Maverick.

I read all these posts from thinkpad forum, but  i don't  find some universal guide.

On Latitude forum/site everything  has explanation and tutorial, big like for you and other guys who work hard to get all pieces put together.

I am not programer or some linux guy, and this is my second time to build some hackintosh. I really  wont's  to put X61 to work perfectly.

I realize whats is DSTD, KEXTS, Paches, Terminal-codes.. but i don't know what i  can mix together and be sure to not bring kernel panic or crash system .

I have a lot tutorials  but if i do something wrong, i must start back over from beginning .

For example which DSDT i should  use? Which boot loader ?

When i use DSTD from Latitude my X61 become (MB Air 1.1), when i use iFail l2 (MPR 17'), some third guide brings me MacBook..

What is the easiest way for you to explain me or send me what i need to read, to adopt all knowledge to build X61 Lion Hackintosh? :geek:

  8. Hi guys i must set up this topic because i don't find any guide for set up Lenovo X61 under Lion, Mountain Lion, Maverick..

I find EDP sets on OSXLatitude for Snow Leopard with some KEXTS for Lion but nothing particular.

I need to know dose anybody have some experience  to share with us.

This is two guides which i found:

    1. http://blog.slor.net/2013/08/installing-mac-os-x-lion-1075-on-lenovo.html

    2.http://claptop.com/osx-lion-on-x61-x61s-x61t-thinkpad/

Sorry if chose wrong place to post topic

    tnx
