i have two evga 9800gt 1gb cards and will i be able to run it on 10.6.8 or even lion and for hdd which brand will give me the least errors cause right now i tried to install 10.6.3 on amd system and i got the boot error when booting without ModCd and i had a WD green serise or Hitachi (cant remember cause i have 10hdds in my pc) so which Hdd will give me the least problems and could this be casued by SATA III connector becasue all my HDDs are SATA3 and where can i find a good hdd under $70 which is at least 500gb and 7200rpm

ok so i followed this guideon my current pc with the exact same bootcd and chameleon thing as on this page (used the links provided) http://www.osxlatitude.com/how-to-install-snow-leopard-on-your-amd-system/ msi 870a fuzion with amd 770 chipset msi hd6950 2gb evga 9800gt 1gb and all SATA HDD and all SATA DVD drives i can install the OSX 10.6.3 and can also boot it the first time with the dvd provided but after i install chameleon and restart i get this error boot0: GPT boot0: test boot0: test boot0: error now i followed all the instruction for the chameleon so i must be doing the restarting wrong when i restarst from the apple icon on top right it says restarting in 60sec but i click restarting anyways and after a couple of secon a black screen with white letter says "unmounting done: you can reboot the system" so since nothing happen after that i basically turn off the pc (shut down manually) and start it back up again so am i doing this wrong or what (one of the other reasons i do this is becasue the guide says to take out the modcd once chameleon is installed, but i can eject my cd drive during the black screen so i do this should i wait a bit longer during the black screen or is it some other problem

my main question is that will these parts work with osx 10.6.3 i have the 10.6.3 retail cd and all my hdd's and cd drives are SATA amd fx 8150 processor (8 cores) and which mobo to pick MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA http://www.frys.com/product/7028571?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG or any of the mobo from here http://www.frys.com/search?cat=-68534&pType=pDisplay&fq=100344%20AMD_AM3_plus i would like to keep it around $150 i have this gpu right now and a evga 9800gt 1gb but my monitor isnt connected to it http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R6950-2PM2D2GD5.html and i found this for 6950 http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=267078 so do you think it will work and i was thinking of getting a newer hd7770 or 6850 to crossfire with my 6950 so my concern is that if i keep my monitor connected to the 6950 than will it be a problem and also if all of this works then will i be able to update it to OSX lion because the guide here stops at 10.6.8 http://www.osxlatitude.com/how-to-install-snow-leopard-on-your-amd-system/
