I have now recreated the usb installer adding the Extras via Myhack and pointing to the ones I had extracted from the bootpack. Firmware has also been updated to A18 If there is any other advice you wish provide that would be great. Regards

Hello All, I am a newbie to all of this I require some expert knowledge. I have a Dell D630 Nvidia with C2D 2.2 and 2GB Ram I am trying to install Lion on to this laptop but i get to the installation page it starts then fails and goes to "show log" I do not know where to look for the error message I have attached a copy of the Saved Log file Steps taken so far I have create the USB installer using my hack and used the bootpack compatible with the relevant OS (e. SL, Lion and MLion) I have set the SATA controller to achi Using Myhack i have removed the problematic extensions. The HDD is partition as one Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated I have SL running on my D420 but would really love to have Lion on my D630 Cheers
