sorry for me, those kext don't work, they gave me back the flickering video, so i put back the ones that ML install and it seems that my system is stabble now, the only think that i still don't have is sleep/awake and that when the screen saver start my system gets stuck.

MEN, you are awesome, i will try them and let you know, but in my 8th reinstall (jajaj) I just applied the acpi kext, and my system is up and running, the only think that i don't have is sleep/awake, and that safari gets slow when i'm viewing something in youtube.

Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3

Intel Core i7 2600

8gb DDR3 Kingston

Nvidia GTS450

 

I install ML 10.8.2 wich i downloaded in the appstore and make a booteable usb with tonycrap's unifail.

 

the problem now is that i have a flickering flash in some visual effects, and in youtube videos or when i open a new tab in safari, i made some research and it seems that i have to enable OpenCL, but it isn't that easy.

Edit: I'm still having some video flickering problems that I'm trying to resolve, let you know what i found.
