update: the freezes are gone! They were due to the driver of wifi dongle. Solved following http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/296488-guide-mavericks-109x-dell-latitude-e6320-i5/ and mounting the dongle on esata/usb port. On usb only port it still freezes the os.

I've followed the guide and yesterday I installed 10.9.2 on e6320. It seems to work but I got some random freezes I think related to ssd trimming and/or sleeping mode. Still investigating.
