I got my D630nividia running SL .
I used the USB stick as you suggested. But it didn't boot from HDD with Chameleon V2.0-RC5 r665, so I tried something else I used Leppy700m and... Yeah! System booted fine. I am still using the Chameleon V2.0-RC3 r658.
Well I started the the update procedure and everything went well. I lost my wifi but there is fix here...

Now, I am working on dual boot with Windows XP... Getting the O2Micro CCID SC Reader work...
I've still probs with restart and shutdown... has anyone a idea?
